Over the past 2 years, we've hired fifteen new recruitment consultants with little to nil recruitment experience, 12 of which are still in our business today and performing to a high standard, much of this is due to our world-class training and support systems, as you grow and learn the ropes to becoming our very own next high performing consultant.

*We are now at the growth stage where we're only looking to meet and interview people who have had some kind of B2C2B Sales experience, door knocking, account management, real estate, car sales, yacht sales, any sales role you have worked for a +2 year period of time, where you've been responsible for leveraging a team or your company's brand to earn the chance to present and manage a business relationship. At this time unfortunately, if you haven't had this kind of sales experience we won't be able to proceed. Thanks for understanding.

When you join our company, you will be paired with a senior recruiter who will be your coach & mentor, they will work closely with you to show you how to be the best IT recruiter you can possibly be. You also get the chance to have weekly one-on-one time with other senior team members to learn different styles of consulting. As we believe it's very important to be exposed to different styles so you can learn what style of consulting works best for you.

We've had people join our business with zero recruitment experience, learn a new career that can take them anywhere in the world, and earn upwards of $40,000 in commission cheques per quarter in their first year.

What will your day look like?

• Calling candidates and pitching them our new jobs on behalf of our clients
• Calling clients, discussing hiring requirements & the candidate market
• Working with and using our state-of-the-art software systems
• Meeting with candidates & clients off-site, discussing recruitment
• Building marketing campaign material with our business support team
• Sales administration duties, it's important you make notes on your meetings & that you can type up reports on the people you meet.
• Weekly one-on-one progress meetings to keep track of your growth
• Working on your career plan with your direct manager
• Attending after-hours meet-up events bi-monthly
