BLACKROC is excited to partner with a enterprise insurance organisation who are going through a company-wide transformation and now due to exponential growth are looking for a Network Team Lead in their high-performing team of experienced Network Engineers.
This role is perfect for Senior engineers with some leadership experience looking to broaden their skillset and get exposed to the latest bleeding-edge technology. You will be working on a new range of re-designed product suites with complete control over the implementation and automation across some of the world's largest companies in the insurance industry.
You will be responsible for:
• Providing input into the Infrastructure Department strategy and lead the execution of operational plans and day-to-day services
• Fully implement the Company’s risk management (HSE, IT Security, Incident & Problem Management and Change Control)
• Lead and manage the team’s performance relative to the objectives
• Effective management of incident and technology change communications to the Service Delivery Team
Key Skills:
• 7 years of relevant technical experience or 2+ years experience as a Team Leader
• Experience troubleshooting and management of systems
• Experience with Firewalls Cisco core routing & switching, SDWAN, WAF's, Cloud, Avaya telephony platform
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coach and develop others
