This Brisbane born tech company are working with some of Australia's biggest names, and as one of the fastest growing MSP's in Queensland we are now looking to add an experienced Network Engineer to take on some exciting projects with enterprise clients nationally.
This role will see you working with cutting edge technology, as part of a high performing team where you will own the space and make it yours, and get your hands on complex networking environments to design, build and deploy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform analysis, research, and take corrective action as needed to resolve 2nd and 3rd tier incidents, requests, problems, and escalations from lower tiers of support.
- Assisting, liaising and reporting efficient project delivery
- Advise and mentor Junior Engineering Services team members, as appropriate
You will also be exposed to:
- Routing and switching
- Firewall security protocols
- Virtualisation (VMWare, vSphere)
- Linux
- Citrix XenApp
- Exchange Server
- AWS and Azure Cloud technology
Necessary skills and experience:
- Experience across Microsoft and Windows environments;
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SAML/SSO, SaaS apps
- Understanding and/or experience with client-server applications, virtualisation and IP data communications principles
