About the role
- Use your Design skills to create all digital assets for the company - including website banners, landing pages, EDMs, ads and more.
- Help manage 6 websites and create an additional 4.
- Create and maintain digital design systems for the brand.
- Collaborate with and understand the needs of the Web Developer.
- Design and build a UI pattern library for the convenience of the company.
- Opportunity to increase UX capability in the future.
About you
- 2+ years of Digital or UI/UX design experience.
- You understand usability and accessibility requirements.
- Expertise in Figma, sketch, Invison, HTML5 and CSS3 highly regarded.
- You can justify your design decisions based upon data analysis with experience using Google Analytics and Hotjar advantageous.
- You have clear communication and collaboration skills.
- You are proactive and capable of working autonomously.
- E-Commerce experience favourable.
- Capable of adhering to style guidelines.
- Passion for the fashion & beauty industry
