We are seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to join a global company that is a leader in its field.
Our ideal marketer will have experience across both B2B and B2C, with a background in working with premium brands.
Marketing to both B2B and B2C, you will develop and execute data-driven strategies that align with business objectives, driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention across multiple channels.

Marketing to both B2B and B2C, you will develop and execute data-driven strategies that align with business objectives, driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention across multiple channels.
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years managing a team
- Experience working with a premium brand
- Experience supporting events/tradeshows
- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices
- Experience developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies in both B2B and B2C environments
- Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation, account-based marketing, and sales enablement
- Experience with SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and omnichannel strategies, including e-commerce
- Strong data analysis skills to inform marketing strategy and campaign optimisation
- Proficiency with marketing platforms like Google Ads, PMAX, and social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest), as well as GA/GA4
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and content.
- Implement tracking models to measure and optimise campaign effectiveness across channels.
- Lead B2B marketing, including account-based strategies, content, and lead nurturing to boost pipeline growth.
- Build and execute e-commerce strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to align B2B and B2C marketing efforts.
- Use analytics to identify growth opportunities, particularly in B2B.
- Support tradeshows and events to drive awareness in new markets.
- Manage 2 direct reports and one overseas dotted line report.
