The role is aimed at people people who are keen to be a part of a vibrant team servicing a diverse range of clients varying from residential to corporate. If you are an experienced Level 2 IT expert then keep reading.

Every day you will:
  • Provide support to clients, whether that means visiting clients on-site or providing remote assistance.
  • Respond to Level 2 help desk incidents
  • Support with Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange
  • Assist with deployment and provisioning of Cloud Services, Desktop applications and 3rd party applications.
You will have:
  • Experience in help desk support both remote and face-to-face
  • Experience with both Apple and Windows OS
  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing MS Exchange, Sharepoint and Teams
  • Experience in using PSA and RMM tools
  • A valid drivers license
