We are looking for a Highly Skilled Service Desk Operator to join one of Australia's most revolutionary Critical infrastructure support enterprises The role is ideal for someone wanting to take the next step in their career and work with bleeding edge technology.

As a Level 2 Service Desk Operator, you will be required to log and solve software problems for the application support team and communicate with stakeholders and customers via multiple platforms. 

To be successful in this role:
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office suite programs, ITIL application systems and Windows 10/11, Linux
  • Can communicate with customers well and solve problems with them
  • Experience in troubleshooting C#, SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Is good at prioritizing tasks and completing them in a timely manner
  • Ability to record and document tickets in systems and communicate with team.
