Junior Business Analyst.

BLACKROC is excited to partner with an industry leader on the search for a Junior Business Analyst to join their team on a greenfield app development project.

About the role:

Working with the senior leadership team on a greenfield app development project, you will be working with the team to develop a holistic app across the business channels focused on user experience and usability. 

Responsibilities:

• Determining and gathering business requirements. 
• Facilitate meetings between the Development team & business stakeholders to scope project requirements.
• Documentation in the form of user stories & acceptance criteria
• Developing and maintaining relationships that allow you to gather information and facilitate open communication.
• Using your experience to analyse what information is important
• Analysing business processes and identifying solutions and establishing requirements to implement change. 
• Coordinate the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.
• Organise the backlog of work related to project and non-project deliverables.
• Project management and project coordination to ensure product features are delivered from start to finish.
• Regularly engage with the stakeholders to ensure they are informed on the progress of the project and manage expectations regarding any changes in scope.

About you:

• 2-4 years experience as a Digital BA or Digital Producer agency-side.
• Project management experience and a strong understanding of Agile.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Jira and online project tools.
• Experienced in being able to lead and shape thinking while harnessing the correct information.
• You have brilliant communication skills and a high EQ to navigate different stakeholders' needs.
