Iteration Manager.

BLACKROC is proud to partner with a leading digital organisation and currently looking for an Iteration Manager for their Brisbane office. As an Iteration manager, you will be a key member of cross-functional and dispersed teams.
Working closely with a Development Team to deliver business objectives, and assist the development team in reviewing, recommending and implementing effective agile practices.

Key Responsibilities: 
You will use your extensive Agile knowledge, to build a cohesive team, and help lay down the foundation of their development framework.
  
You will be responsible for:

• Agile processes and improvement within the team
• Facilitate and manage all sprint events
• Monitor, support and report on the performance of the development timelines and assist in determining the priorities
• Maintain the focus on customer values and maximise the development team output
• Communicate technical and quality priorities to other teams, and product owner(s).
• Support and coach the team to focus on the highest priority items to be delivered
• Create and report on the development plan and the planning and delivery of a portfolio of work for the team.

Key criteria:

• Proven experience and knowledge of one or more Agile frameworks
• Experience as an Iteration Manager across multiple domains
• Excellent communication skills, and solid stakeholder management skills
• Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master or other relevant agile certifications
