You will be joining a team who have an average tenure of 6+ years at the company, who are now looking to a Help Desk Officer, responsible for providing technology support to non-technical stakeholders. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company who is willing to heavily invest in your growth, providing all on the job training and support so no immediate IT experience is required, however a baseline foundation of understanding IT principles is highly desired. 

What you'll need to be successful in this role:
  • Experience with or knowledge of 
    Windows/Microsoft Systems, Networking Operating Systems and Cloud providers
  • Detail orientated, with an understanding of key business IT requirements and expectations
  • Personal transport
  • Australian Citizenship or PR
