BLACKROC is proud to be partnering with a growing boutique digital agency searching for a Head of Paid Social to join their team. As Head of Paid Social, you will oversee all paid social activity across the company, leading and mentoring specialist teams and working succinctly with the greater digital team. You will be data-driven with a passion to continually optimize your work to deliver KPIs. You will also be expected to mentor other team members and be actively involved in all channels. (Relocation to Brisbane is required.) 

Responsibilities:

• You will oversee the day to day running of all paid social channels & their budgets across Facebook, Instagram, Tiktoc, and Pinterest
• Use analytics platforms for reporting and interpreting data to build actionable insights
• Keep up to date with trends to ensure the strategy is always relevant
• Support the wider digital team, learning about their channels, and sharing knowledge and learnings across the teams

About you:

• You'll have a solid level of experience managing and optimizing large scale paid social accounts ideally in an agency
• Previous experience leading and developing teams of Paid Social Media Buyers
• Hands-on experience developing strategic paid media campaigns
• Keen to make the move to beautiful Brisbane
