BLACKROC has been engaged to grow the digital marketing team for a global SaaS product company located on the beautiful Gold Coast!

This is a brand new role as part of their marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and the focus of the position is to deliver lifecycle and demand generation marketing strategies to support customer engagement and acquisition goals.

This role will join a team united to be the brand custodian, and to represent for the voice of the customer, generating engagement and demand for their key product line.

This role will work in collaboration with the broader marketing team; whilst also working closely with sales, product and integration partners to develop and execute a calendar of marketing campaigns aligned to optimise sales activations.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage insight and data to help acquire new customers internationally across Australia, APAC, and the US.
  • Build, execute and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns for all stages of the funnel (lead creation, lead capture, nurture, and conversion)
  • Build and conceptualize campaigns spanning a wide range of channels including email marketing, search and display, thought leadership articles, interactive content, and case studies.
  • Optimization for the overall performance of the website.
  • Work with a search agency to increase inbound generated leads and revenue, by continuously optimizing ad copy, landing pages, keywords, bidding strategy.
  • Take ownership of the email marketing and automation strategy to activate, engage and drive conversion through targeted acquisition campaigns.
  • Plan and execute customer lifecycle communications to drive conversions, engagement, feature adoption, and retention.
  • Collecting data to conduct weekly analysis to report on performance and ROI, to continually optimise campaigns.
You will bring to the table:
  • Experience in B2B marketing or experience within SaaS
  • Alternatively, you might come from an Email Marketing background in B2C, with an interest in expanding your skillset into a B2B landscape
  • Experience segmenting data and manipulating data to create targeted and bespoke campaigns
  • You'll bring a flair for storytelling, writing briefs, launching and developing communications and campaigns using various channels (search, email, display)
  • Experience delivering insights-driven marketing tactics and plans
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite (Adwords, Analytics, GTM)
  • Experience delivering data-driven post-campaign reports
