BLACKROC have partnered with this privately-owned company who are looking to embark on the next stage of their technological upheaval. You’ll be playing a key role in developing a greenfield software platform that's already delivering business value. This is a chance to join an Australian incubated and grown company, driven to innovate the way it does business by leveraging modern software engineering capabilities.

What you'll be doing

• Contributing to design and development of high-quality software, ensuring efficient implementation and adherence to best practices
• Helping to implement robust quality engineering practices, optimising processes, and upholding the team's commitment to delivering exceptional software
• Identifying and resolving common challenges, proactively implementing process improvements to prevent future issues, and leading incident response and post-mortem analysis
• Contributing the improvement of engineering standards and frameworks across software and delivery processes

What you'll ideally have

• Several years of commercial experience with .NET Core and TypeScript
• Some exposure to auditing codebases for security, maintainability, and testability
• Experience working in a DevOps environment that values testing
• Past experience contributing to or making code design decisions
• An understanding and appreciation of the importance of adhering to engineering standards
