BLACKROC is proud to be partnering with a Government Department searching for a Digital Content Strategist to join their team helping with their digital transformation project.
The Role:
You will be responsible for helping to revolutionize the development of their digital presence. Playing a key role in the department's digital transformation working to better connect with the public and QLD Government workers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the digital channels with a focus on user engagement, content structure, and governance.
- Coordinating the delivery of digital content across websites.
- Reviewing and writing content.
- Managing and maintaining the web content update processes.
- Measuring and analyzing content effectiveness.
About You:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a digital content position.
- Previous experience leading large-scale content migration projects.
- Knowledge of web analytics.
- Knowledge of content design tools such as Gather Content and Visible Thread.
- Motivated and excited to work in a skilled and dedicated team of web professionals.
