About the Role: 

As a well-rounded Digital Product Owner you will work as part of a close-knit, fast-paced team who's objectives are to build compelling and relevant products and services for their industry. We are seeking an innovative self-starter who can bring new thinking into our ‘start-up’ style department. 

In this role, you will influence external UX designers, internal and external developers, internal and external marketing and digital partners, and the business insights team. You will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of existing digital assets.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Executing the strategic roadmap for their hero digital product. 
  • Leverage research outcomes to improve performance of the platform and content
  • Manage existing web and mobile app properties, as well as define and manage new digital opportunities to deliver on corporate and divisional strategy.
  • Own the website from a trafficking, content strategy, promotion perspective. 
  • Develop actionable insights from digital analytics (GA, proprietary, qualitative, quantitative, and survey data).
  • Drive the marketing strategy for uptake and promotion of the production portfolio by working hand-in-hand with internal shared resources (customer team, digital, marketing) as well as external resources (SEO agency, digital agency, creative, market research firms).
  • Ensure products are user-centric, whilst considering the efficiency of delivery, business needs and standards, managing prioritisation and trade-offs among conflicting priorities.  
Ideal candidate experience;
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner / Digital Strategist.
  • Ideally you have come from a marketing background and moved into Porduct Ownership as this is a content hub product. 
  • Proven ability to effectively manage key partners and vendors to achieve the ideal outcome for the organization and the customer.
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Embody a customer-first approach.
  • Knowledge of research, user experience, design, software development, operations and project management with the ability to rally and talk the language of experts within these disciplines
  • Take a concept and break it down into actionable plans.
