About the Company:

A major Australian brand and household name with the customer at the core of its business. They are looking for their next Product Manager to develop the digital portfolio, and drive its success by creating meaningful digital products that improve the customer experience and deliver commercial value for the business.

About the Role:

As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the vision of the portfolio, working closely with the Tech and Design teams to assess viability and feasibility and validating assumptions, before collaborating with the Product Owner to deliver. You will be responsible for ensuring that the business objectives and customer needs are being met and align with the product strategy. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the product vision through a clear strategy and roadmap, and prioritised backlog while you collaborate with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Ensure that the business objectives and customer needs are clearly defined and align with the overall strategy 
  • Define which features should go on the roadmap and prioritise to ensure it meets business and customer needs
  • Communicate priorities, advocate for your products and manage stakeholder expectations, becoming a key business partner and delivering shared goals for the business
  • Develop and use customer research, lean canvas and market data as tools for product strategy, stakeholder engagement and business case creation
  • Using financial models, evaluate and plan the product lifecycle, discovering opportunities to deliver benefit to the business and customers
  • Oversee the creation of user stories, refine requirements and define release and sprint goals in line with product objectives
About You:
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, in an agile environment
  • 2+ years of experience leading cross functional teams
  • Experience delivering large scale, complex products in a rapidly changing environment
  • Understanding of different prioritisation frameworks to ensure features are prioritised efficiently
  • Highly collaborative and engaged, a team player
  • Commercially astute with a passion for data-led decision making
