Digital Optimization Lead.

BLACKROC is proud to be partnering with a leading brand in the industry, looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a creative eye and digitally-savvy website optimization skills. Leading a team YOU will be responsible for owing the HUGE website redevelopment to improve customer experience and lead qualifying strategies. 


We are looking for a creative mind that understands the importance of effect lead funnels to help qualify users' needs and identify their best point of contact. Managing a team of four direct lines (SEO Advisor, Content Advisor and 2 WebDevs) you will be responsible for the end-to-end strategies across a full website redesign and ongoing optimization tactics.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the website optimization to achieve a positive customer experience and ROI
• Own the enhancement and maintenance of programs inclusive of SEO, CRO, UX, and UI
• Contribute to the digital roadmap across the strategies, implementation, and ongoing optimization
• Maintain content strategies across all platforms
• Manage a team of four

About you:

• Experience in large website re-development
• Be a strategic thinker that translates to actionable and iterative outcomes
• Previous experience strategizing and optimizing detailed lead funnels
• Managing a digital experience platform that has improved client usability
• Leadership experience is a MUST
• Experience with large website re-development 
• Formal training and certificates from recognized provider
