BLACKROC is excited to partner with a fast-growing eCommerce organization, looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing acquisition and retention strategies.
The Role :
This is an opportunity to manage multiple websites with a focus on leading the development of retention and acquisition stargates to achieve growth and ROI across their AUS, NZ, and US markets. Within this position, you will be managing a growing team of Marketing Specialists helping them with the implementation of strategies across their multi-channel business.

The Responablilitys :
- Develop and execute growth and retention strategies
- Manage a small and growing team
- Lead the customer lifecycle across EDM, PUSH, and SMS
- Stay hands-on with performance testing, reporting, and analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Identity new website optimization tactics
About You :
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Experience in E-commerce, Fashion preferred
- Previously CMS management, Shopify is highly regarded
- SEMrush/Neil Patel reporting experience
- Previous Google Analytics experience
- Experience managing small - mid-sized teams
