As Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing customer-centric digital solutions by working closely within cross-functional product teams and development squads across the digital tribes. About the Role:
As Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing customer-centric digital solutions by working closely within cross-functional product teams and development squads across the digital tribes. Through research, strategy development, conception, definition and design you will support the design capabilities of the digital tribes, and deliver industry leading digital experiences that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop quality user experience outcomes through key design artefacts such as personas, end to end customer journeys, user flows, UI patterns etc.
- Ensure design experiences align to the overall strategy and deliver business and user value.
- Take ownership of the product's User Experience and be the voice of the user.
- Research, collect and analyse empirical data to drive product improvements and business strategy.
- Facilitate workshops related to requirements gathering, usability testing, and acceptance testing.
- 3+ years of experience as a Digital or Product Designer in an enterprise size organisation
- Must have experience in agile ways of working and be proficient in working within a cross-functional team of PO’s, BA’s and developers
- You have solid portfolio of work that you can speak to, that not only assesses your UX/UI capabilities, but also the why behind your work.
- Experience working with and on design systems.
