Digital Business Analyst (Product Development).

BLACKROC is looking for multiple Digital Business Analysts to fill a crucial role in a global product development team, acting as a bridge between Engineering and Product.

In this position, you will collaborate with top-tier product owners in cross-functional teams that create, update, and innovate mobile and web applications. Your responsibilities will include delivering cutting-edge products, analysing requirements, refining user stories, and supporting the execution of the Digital strategy.

About the role:

• Collaborate closely with the Scrum and Product Development teams to develop user stories and software solutions.
• Establish strong relationships with business partners and identify opportunities for enhancing current processes.
• Create workflow and process strategies to improve business performance, while staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and agile practices.
• Develop business cases that define potential benefits and options for achieving them by modifying processes and identifying business risks.
• Organise meetings between the development team and business stakeholders to define project requirements using various industry-wide modelling techniques.

About you:

• Experience in a product development environment and ability to understand the user journey.
• Strong knowledge of delivering digital B2C Solutions, particularly mobile applications.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile Environment, with knowledge of BABOK v3-aligned methods, techniques, and tools.
• Ability to shape thinking, lead, gather relevant information, and use the most suitable Agile development practices.
