DevOps Engineer.

BLACKROC is proud to be partnering with a global brand and household name, that is nationally recognised for empowering every day Australians. They are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who will be focused on the redevelopment of their infrastructure with a heavy emphasis on automation to improve customer experience and business agility. 

This role would suit someone with a background in Software Engineering who has moved into a Cloud or DevOps career. 

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of business applications deployed as Infrastructure as Code
• Work on building standardised CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure solutions are performant, secure, scalable and reliable
• Ensure monitors, alerts and recovery processes are in place from day one and defined as code
• Document and share knowledge across teams

Experience:

• Multiple years experience with AWS
• Solid background in the provisioning of Infrastructure and Configuration as Code utilising Kubernetes and AWS
• Working knowledge of Git source control and best practices
• Extensive experience with software development teams and IT operations
• Two or more years experience automating production solutions with Terraform
