Delivery Lead.

BLACKROC is excited to be partnering with this Australian software company who are growing its software development team in response to recent growth in their industry! As a Delivery Lead, you will be managing their Development Team and be tasked with creating a framework for digital delivery excellence. Currently, we are looking for a number of Agile and Delivery champions who can bring an understanding of Agile methodologies, with the ability to standardise, customise and optimise for deliver high level customer satisfaction. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Manage a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, taking ownership of how concepts and strategies will be delivered in the business.
• Implement software project management principles to deliver projects of varying complexity and size.
• You are responsible for managing the people, the product and platform within your delivery teams.
• Engage with multiple internal and client stakeholders and manage priorities across both.
• Champion digital experience with a customer-led focus

About you:

• Possess industry expertise as well as experience working in a Delivery Lead capacity.
• You are an experienced leader of cross functional software delivery teams with a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. 
• Ability to problem-solve and think outside the box.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies. 
• Business Analyst and Project Management background highly regarded
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or certifications.
