Compensation: $140,000 OTE (70% Base, 30% Commission) with uncapped earnings potential

This business is a leading innovator in enterprise-level data and software solutions. Our cutting-edge technology helps businesses optimise their operations and achieve their strategic business & financial goals. We are seeking a dynamic Accounts Executive to join our team and drive new business development across the APAC region.

Role Overview: As an Accounts Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, focusing on generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base. Your role will be a blend of order-taking, outbound outreach, and cold prospecting. You will need a decent track record in software sales, a keen ability to learn and demonstrate complex products, and a proactive approach to developing new client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: Proven experience in selling software, with a strong ability to handle complex sales processes and demonstrate products effectively.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with data maturity and ERP systems such as Sage Dynamics and SAP B1 is advantageous.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Motivation: Self-driven with a passion for new business development and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $98,000 per annum
  • Commission: 30% of OTE with uncapped earnings potential
  • Quarterly Pay Out: 7.5% commission on achieved sales
  • Average ACV: $8,000 recurring
Work Environment:
  • Location: Remote work with a requirement to be in the office at least, once a fortnight for collaboration and team meetings.
  • Flexibility: Home-based work is encouraged for focused and deep work.
Geographical Focus:
  • Markets: APAC region including but not limited to; Philippines, Singapore, New Zealand, Fiji, and Australia.
  • Target Clients: Businesses with annual revenues between $10M and $250M.
