BLACKROC are seeking a CX Designer to join this purpose-driven organisation who are leaders in their field and internationally recognised. This organisation is driving a growth agenda with a strong purpose of enriching customer experiences and are currently embarking on a data and innovation-led customer transformation journey. 

The role:

From within the CX team you will be a key factor in creating the end-to-end customer experience through journey mapping and wireframes, conducting analysis, identifying pain points and running design sprints. You will translate research findings to highlight and implement feedback from the consumers while having the opportunity to reimagine the company's established products that hold host to over a million users. 
  • Design and facilitate a wide variety of customer strategy and innovation techniques across the breadth of the innovation and customer experience design lifecycle.
  • Critically assess the current customer experiences for all customer segments, leveraging existing research and conducting new qualitative research. 
  • Create and maintain ongoing customer insights and analysis of projects as well as well as provide detailed reports that show customer trends and suggested improvements. 
  • Enhance existing and create new experiences using design thinking and other industry relevant principles.
  • Work with your team to Identify, curate, prioritise and progress initiatives in the innovation pipeline.
About you:

The role calls for a passionate CX or Innovation professional with a curious and questioning mind and drive to convert customer insight into better human and business outcomes.
  • 2+ years experience in delivering customer based design or research projects.
  • Proven successful journey mapping experience, creation of personas, prototype development, customer testing and other customer centric techniques to aid in customer understanding.
  • Experience in conducting design research with the ability to draw insights from data and convert that into problem framing and ideation.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills including interpersonal skills that foster trust, teamwork and cooperation.
  • You love to tell stories and can combine data to provide a clear understanding of the customers needs.
  • Demonstrated experience with Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methodologies.
