As a Brisbane based role with multiple office locations, you have the flexibility to choose which office suits you best. 

The role:

While working in the Digital Innovation team alongside the CX Manager & CX Designers you will be a key factor in creating the end-to-end customer experience on new & established services - Through product testing & research based work, identifying pain points, journey mapping, wireframing and running design sprints. 
  • Design and facilitate a wide variety of customer strategy and innovation techniques across the customer experience design lifecycle.
  • Critically assess the current customer experiences for all customer segments, leveraging existing research and conducting new qualitative research. 
  • Create and maintain ongoing customer insights and analysis of projects as well as provide detailed reports that show customer trends and suggested improvements. 
  • Enhance existing and create new experiences using design thinking and other industry relevant principles.
  • Work with your team to Identify, curate, prioritise and progress initiatives in the innovation pipeline.
About you:
  • Experience in delivering customer based design or research projects.
  • Proven successful journey mapping experience, creation of personas, prototype development, customer testing and other customer centric techniques to aid in customer understanding.
  • Experience in conducting design research with the ability to draw insights from data and convert that into problem framing and ideation.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills including interpersonal skills that foster trust, teamwork and cooperation.
  • You love to tell stories and can combined data to provide a clear understanding of the customers needs.
  • Demonstrated experience with Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methodologies.
