BLACKROC is excited to be partnered with a San Francisco based start-up with offices all over the world.  They have just raised $25m in Series B Funding and intend to double in size in by the end of 2021! 
 
With over 5000 customers using their product, their recurring revenue growing 10% MoM and having had rapid growth in the APAC region over the last 12 months they are now looking to expand in Sydney and hire a Customer Success Manager onto their team.

In this role you will...
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewals and being an ambassador for the brand with a strong focus on Customer Success throughout the process.
  • Participate in building out the Customer Success program from defining the strategy to creating playbooks.
  • Enable companies to launch quickly and effectively on the platform by providing high-quality guidance
  • Uncover customer objectives and help them to achieve their goals by becoming their trusted advisor
  • Reduce churn and drive expansion throughout the customer journey through onboarding, ongoing adoption, and renewals.
About You...
  • 2+ years sales experience in SaaS or Technology related field with a focus on Customer Success.
  • Knowledge of the Ecommerce sector advantageous
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, and excel in a fast-changing, innovative environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, follow-up skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for maintaining relationships while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals
  • Comfortable in a start-up environment, adaptable and has hands on approach
