We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to help establish and drive this company's direct marketing strategies. You will be working with big databases to develop targeted customer segmentations.

We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to help establish and drive this company's direct marketing strategies. You will be working with big databases to develop targeted customer segmentations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Utilise data to deliver new direct marketing campaigns across SMS, push, email and in-app messaging.
- Review current and previous campaigns to identify areas of improvement.
- Produce short-form copy that attracts the target market.
- Previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent CRM platform.
- CRM experience within a large scale B2C business is desirable.
- Passionate about solving customer journey pain points.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
