Account Manager.

If so then BLACKROC has a fantastic opportunity with a Global Technology Company based out of Sydney who are looking to add a Client Relationship Manager to their commercial sales team.
  
This is an awesome opportunity to work with a network of High Value Accounts within the corporate space and to uncover new opportunities across the portfolio.  You will be based from their Sydney CBD office but will have the flexibility to work from home two days per week. 

Your role will be to manage a portfolio of existing relationships and to increase revenue within your client base by cross-selling other products and solutions.  You will be working towards sales targets, meeting set KPI's and be measured on a high level of client retention.

Does this sound like you?

• 2 + years’ experience selling SaaS or B2B Services or Solutions
• Experience of managing a portfolio of corporate clients
• Proven track record of client retention and hitting new business targets through upselling and winning new clients
• Able to listen to a customer’s challenges and ask questions to understand their needs
• Technically savvy; thorough understanding of a related technology
• Skilled in virtual presentations / Demos and possess strong written communication skills
• Excellent CRM / Pipeline Management 
• Great team player, enjoys working in a fast paced and competitive environment
