Business Development Manager - Hospitality Software.

BLACKROC is excited to be partnered with a Global Technology company who are looking to expand their QLD based operation and hire a Senior Business Development Manager in Brisbane.
 
You will be selling an innovative suite of technology solutions tailored to the Hospitality market which include Mobile/Online ordering app,  Self-Service Kiosks, Customer Management Platform and QR Services. These solutions are designed for QSR, Cafes and Restaurants to help with efficiency, customer service and cost savings.

They are looking for an experienced Business Development manager who can build and grow a territory from the ground up and who is looking to grow and manage a team of Sales Professionals in the future.

About the role:

• Prospecting activities to include cold calling, generating leads, networking and expanding business relationships across the Hospitality / Quick Service Restaurants & Cafes across Brisbane.
• Present to clients, and educate them on benefits of the platforms/ services/ solutions.
• Handle proposals, negotiations and close deals
• Ability to work with a diverse customer base and work with owner operators with one or multiple sites.
• Able to manage accounts and upsell / cross sell different solutions.
• Be a positive brand ambassador for the brand 

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Business Development role.
• Desirable - SaaS / Technology related experience
• Sold into the QSR / Coffee Shops / Restaurants across Brisbane
• Thrive under pressure, and excel in a fast-changing, innovative environment.
• Results focused and proven track record at winning new business and hitting sales targets.
• Able to work autonomously and be self-managed!
