Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse existing and future processes within the industrial landscape, identifying areas for automation and operational enhancement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document comprehensive requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops to elaborate user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage the ongoing backlog of automation projects.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, Product Managers, and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
- Utilise your innovative mindset to contribute to the design and development of automation solutions that drive tangible benefits for both users and the organisation.
- Prioritise high-impact automation initiatives based on their business value, contributing to the overall strategy and maximising returns.
- Apply agile analysis techniques, such as backlog refinement and story mapping, to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within the industrial or related sector.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies, with a focus on process optimisation and efficiency improvement.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, including user stories, backlog refinement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate complex challenges into clear requirements and actionable solutions.
