Business Analyst.

BLACKROC is proud to be partnering with a National Technology Consultancy, who take value in solving problems and creating value for their customers. This consultancy has just started working with a well-known Not-for-Profit and is looking for multiple Business Analysts to assist in a large Salesforce implementation project.
  
As a Business Analyst you would be responsible for the research, analysis, and interpretation of complex workforce information and engaging with a variety of business units to define their reporting and analytics requirements and transforming these into well-documented user stories and acceptance criteria ready for the development team to pick up.
  
Responsibilities:

• Undertake research and analysis and take responsibility for investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes, through improvements in information systems, information management, practices, procedures, and organisation change.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, to ensure they are informed on the progress of the project and manage expectations regarding any changes in scope.
• Prepare business cases defining potential benefits, and options for achieving these benefits through new or changed processes and associating business risks.
• Facilitate meetings between the development team & business stakeholders to scope requirements for projects.
• Work with a broad range of industry-wide modeling techniques
• Work under limited supervision using a high level of initiative to resolve issues, deliver practical solutions and disseminate information that supports business outcomes.
• Ensure changes to requirements are investigated and managed.

About you:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Prior experience working with Salesforce
• Prior experience working within the NFP or NDIS framework highly desirable.
• Experienced in being able to lead and shape thinking while being able to harness the correct information.
