Business Analyst.

BLACKROC is excited to be partnered with one of our favourite high-growth clients looking for a Business Analyst to join their team. This household name business has a large digital presence within the industry and a team who works cohesively to reach the overarching business goals. 


The Role: 

As Business analyst, you will be working on some of the most innovative, challenging (solvable), and complex projects. YOU will be responsible for leading business analyst functions across various technical projects. You will be a crucial leader working closely with the team and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively plan and approach the discussion and agreements of requirements and clarify processes and scope among multiple stakeholders. 
• Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
• Provide advice on complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Communicate and collaborate with developers to facilitate suitable outcomes for stakeholders.
• Deliver business analysis capability in diverse project delivery environments using Agile principles.
• Communicate and collaborate with developers to facilitate suitable outcomes for stakeholders.
• Develop cost analysis.

About you: 

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical information into digestible information.
• Have good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working in digital transformations and Greenfield projects.
