Application Support Officer.

BLACKROC is currently working with an upcoming SaaS company here in Brisbane looking for their newest Application support officer. The ideal person should have a strong background in Support work and be able to effectively communicate and handle issues with external clients. 

To be successful in the role you will need 2-3 years experience in the following: 

• .Net applications and supporting them on Windows Servers
• Maintaining and configuring Windows Servers
• ITIL practices and certifications 
• Ability to read and trouble shoot basic queries in C# and SQL
• IT Support roles and solving technical issues with clients via multiple platforms
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems and machines

Note this role is a hybrid role available for candidates in Brisbane only. 2 days working from home. Must have full time working rights in Australia.
