Compensation: $140,000 OTE (70% Base, 30% Commission) with uncapped earnings potential

Role Overview:
As an Accounts Executive, you will be at the forefront of sales efforts, focusing on generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base. Your role will be a blend of order-taking, outbound outreach, and cold prospecting.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience in selling software, with a strong ability to handle complex sales processes and demonstrate products effectively.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with data maturity and ERP systems such as Sage Dynamics and SAP B1 is advantageous.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Motivation: Self-driven with a passion for new business development and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Base Salary: $98,000 per annum
- Commission: 30% of OTE with uncapped earnings potential
- Quarterly Pay Out: 7.5% commission on achieved sales
- Average ACV: $8,000 recurring
- Location: Remote work with a requirement to be in the office at least, once a fortnight for collaboration and team meetings.
- Flexibility: Home-based work is encouraged for focused and deep work.
- Markets: APAC region including but not limited to; Philippines, Singapore, New Zealand, Fiji, and Australia.
- Target Clients: Businesses with annual revenues between $10M and $250M.
