Danielle started her recruitment journey in the UK before moving to Australia to help establish the sales desk for a well-known recruitment consultancy in Sydney in 2006. With 15 years experience in sales recruitment, Danielle has had a successful career working with personable and consultative sales professionals to build high performing teams across start-up, scale-up, corporate and enterprise organisations.

Danielle was drawn to the collaborative environment at BLACKROC and appreciates the transparent, hands-on, approachable leadership team, who support flexible working.

Away from work, Danielle enjoys going to the beach, socialising with friends over a nice meal, cooking and watching reality TV shows or binging a good Netflix series.
